1. Bank-Side Delay or Issue

  • The bank may:
    • Delay sharing updated data
    • Have temporary downtime
  • This can affect only specific accounts

2. Sync Failure for That Account

  • Sync may fail due to:
    • Temporary errors
    • Network interruptions
  • The account will update in the next sync attempt

3. Connection Expired

  • If consent has expired for that account:
    • Sync will stop
  • You’ll need to reconnect the account

4. Account Not Responding During Sync

  • Sometimes:
    • One account responds
    • Another does not
  • This leads to partial updates across accounts

What You Can Do

  • Check “Last Updated” for the specific account
  • Wait for the next sync window
  • Reconnect the account if required
