Summary
Your transactions may not be updating because the latest data hasn’t synced yet, or there may be a delay or issue from the bank side.
Why This Happens in Nance
Transaction updates depend on successful sync + bank data availability, so delays can happen.
1. Sync Has Not Happened Yet
- Nance syncs during your selected sync window (morning/night)
- If the next sync hasn’t occurred yet, new transactions won’t appear
2. Bank-Side Delay
- Your bank may not have shared the latest transaction data yet
- This is the most common reason for missing updates
3. Temporary Sync Failure
- Sync may fail due to:
- Bank server issues
- Network interruptions
- Data will update in the next sync attempt
4. Recent Transactions Not Available Yet
- Some transactions take time to be processed by the bank
- Nance can only show data once it’s available from the bank
5. Account Needs Reconnection
- If your bank connection has expired or failed:
- Sync will stop
- Reconnecting restores updates
What You Can Do
- Check the “Last Updated” time
- Wait for the next sync window
- Reconnect your account if needed
Important to Know
- There is no manual sync option
- Nance provides near real-time updates, not instant guarantees
- Delays are usually due to the bank side
If it’s not updating,
it’s usually waiting on the bank.
