Your transactions may not be updating because the latest data hasn’t synced yet, or there may be a delay or issue from the bank side.


Why This Happens in Nance

Transaction updates depend on successful sync + bank data availability, so delays can happen.


1. Sync Has Not Happened Yet

  • Nance syncs during your selected sync window (morning/night)
  • If the next sync hasn’t occurred yet, new transactions won’t appear

2. Bank-Side Delay

  • Your bank may not have shared the latest transaction data yet
  • This is the most common reason for missing updates

3. Temporary Sync Failure

  • Sync may fail due to:
    • Bank server issues
    • Network interruptions
  • Data will update in the next sync attempt

4. Recent Transactions Not Available Yet

  • Some transactions take time to be processed by the bank
  • Nance can only show data once it’s available from the bank

5. Account Needs Reconnection

  • If your bank connection has expired or failed:
    • Sync will stop
  • Reconnecting restores updates

What You Can Do

  • Check the “Last Updated” time
  • Wait for the next sync window
  • Reconnect your account if needed

Important to Know

  • There is no manual sync option
  • Nance provides near real-time updates, not instant guarantees
  • Delays are usually due to the bank side

If it’s not updating,
