Summary
The dashboard may not show data if your accounts haven’t synced recently or if there isn’t enough transaction data available yet.
Why This Happens
The dashboard in Nance is fully dependent on synced transaction data. If that data is missing or delayed, the dashboard may appear empty.
1. No Recent Sync
If your account hasn’t synced in the latest cycle, new data won’t be reflected on the dashboard yet.
2. Bank Data Not Available
If your bank hasn’t shared recent transactions, Nance cannot display updated insights or balances.
3. New Account with No Data
If you recently connected an account, it may take time for transaction history to be fetched and processed.
4. Filters or Date Range Applied
If a specific date range or filter is active, it may limit what data is shown on the dashboard.
5. Connection Issues
If your bank connection is inactive or expired, data will not be updated or displayed.
How This Works in Nance
- The dashboard is generated from your synced transactions and balances
- Insights, charts, and summaries update automatically after each sync
- Data visibility depends on available and processed transaction history
Important to Know
- Sync is automatic and near real-time, but not instant
- Most data appears after the next sync cycle
- Ensure at least one bank account is connected
- Check filters if the dashboard looks empty
If the dashboard remains empty after multiple sync cycles, reconnecting your account can help restore data.
