If you have multiple accounts in the same bank with identical last 2 digits, Nance may pause SMS-based sync for those accounts.
SMS alerts only show partial account numbers — so when two accounts look the same, it can cause duplicate or mismatched transactions.
To avoid that, Nance:
- skips SMS sync for those accounts
- and uses secure Account Aggregator sync instead
This means you might not see transactions instantly, but they will still be:
- accurate
- complete
- and reliably synced through your bank connection
