Summary
To reconnect a bank account in Nance, simply add the bank again from the Profile page and complete the connection flow.
How This Works in Nance
Nance does not have a separate “reconnect” button. If your bank gets disconnected, you can restore the connection by adding the account again.
Steps to reconnect:
- Go to Profile
- Tap the “+” icon
- Select your bank from the list
- Complete the authentication (OTP verification)
- Allow Nance to discover and connect your account
Once completed:
- Your bank account will be reconnected
- Transaction syncing will resume automatically
Important to Know
- You must use the same mobile number linked to your bank
- Syncing will restart through Nance’s automatic refresh system (no manual refresh needed)
- You can leave the screen while the connection is processing
Disconnected? Just add it again.
Nance picks up right where it left off.
