1 min read

Summary

You can search and filter transactions directly from the Transactions page using search and filter options to quickly find specific transactions.

How This Works in Nance

Nance makes it easy to find transactions without endless scrolling by combining search + smart filters.

🔍 Search Transactions

  • Go to the Transactions page
  • Tap the search icon
  • Type keywords like:
    • Merchant name (e.g., Zomato, Uber)
    • Notes or narration
    • Category-related terms

Nance will instantly show matching transactions.

🎯 Filter Transactions

You can refine your view using filters such as:

  • Date range → Today, Yesterday, custom dates
  • Category → Food, Travel, Shopping, etc.
  • Account → Specific bank or credit card
  • Transaction type → Income or Expense
  • Payment channel → UPI, card, ATM, etc.

This helps you narrow down exactly what you’re looking for.

🧠 Smart Filtering Experience

  • Filters work across all connected accounts
  • You can combine multiple filters for precision
  • Results update instantly—no loading screens

Important to Know

  • Results depend on your latest synced data (automatic refresh system)
  • Cash transactions appear only if manually added
  • No manual refresh needed—data updates in the background

Search when you know.

Filter when you don’t.
