The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent
permitted by applicable law.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Nance does not warrant that: (a) every
transaction, due, balance, category, grouping, or report will be accurate, complete, or current; (b) every message, alert, or integration will be captured or interpreted correctly; (c) bank-side, card-side, or Account Aggregator-based information will always be available in real time; or (d) the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You should independently verify financial information directly with the relevant bank, card issuer, lender, or financial institution wherever accuracy, timing, or official status matters.
