- "Account" means your registered account within the Nance platform.
- "Financial Data" means transaction data, balances, account details, credit card information, statement data, due information, financial alerts, and other financial information made available through user inputs, authorised integrations, Account Aggregator-based flows, or other permitted sources.
- "SMS Data" means financial SMS messages and related metadata processed when you provide explicit permission for SMS access on supported devices.
- "Email Data" means financial alerts, credit card notifications, billing reminders, statement related messages, and other transaction-related information detected within supported email inboxes when you authorise email integration.
- "Nancy" means the conversational, text-based, or voice-based assistant interface available within Nance.
- "User Content" means any note, tag, category correction, grouping label, budget, voice input, preference, uploaded material, or other information submitted by you through the Services.
