When you delete your Nance account, it is first deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion after 7 days. You can restore it within this period by logging back in.
How This Works in Nance
Nance follows a two-step deletion process to prevent accidental loss of data.
1. Immediate Deactivation
- Your account is deactivated right away
- You will be:
- Logged out of the app
- Your data is no longer actively accessible
2. 7-Day Grace Period
- Your account enters a pending deletion state for 7 days
- During this time:
- Your data is still محفوظ (not permanently deleted yet)
- You can log back in to restore your account بالكامل
3. Permanent Deletion
- After 7 days:
- Your account is permanently deleted
- All associated data is removed and cannot be recovered
Important to Know
- Logging in within 7 days will cancel the deletion process
- After permanent deletion:
- You will need to create a new account to use Nance again
- This process ensures safety against accidental deletion
You get 7 days to change your mind.
