Since cash transactions are not automatically tracked, Nance allows you to add them manually.

Steps to Add a Cash Transaction

  1. Go to the Transactions page
  1. Tap the “+” (Add Transaction) option
  1. Select Cash as the payment mode
  1. Enter the transaction details:
    • Amount
    • Category & subcategory
    • Contact / merchant (optional but recommended)
    • Notes (optional)
  1. Save the transaction

What Happens After Adding

  • The transaction will appear in your Transactions list
  • It will be included in:
    • Insights and analytics
    • Budgets and reports

Important to Know

  • Cash transactions are not auto-synced—they must be added manually
  • You can edit or update them anytime
  • They behave like regular transactions once added

Cash doesn’t leave a trail.
