Summary

Saved Reports in Nance are stored analytics or comparison results (Smart Insights) that you can revisit anytime. This feature is available only for X-tra users.

How This Works in Nance

Saved Reports let you save any insight result so you don’t have to run the same query again.

What Can Be Saved as a Report

You can save:

  • Smart Insights results
  • Analytics views (spending summaries, category breakdowns)
  • Comparison views (month vs month, category vs category)

Essentially, any analytics or comparison output can be saved as a report.

How It Works

  • You run a Smart Insight or view an analysis
  • You choose to save it as a report
  • It gets stored for quick access later

Who Can Use This Feature

  • X-tra users
    • Can save and revisit reports anytime
  • Basic (Free) users
    • Cannot save reports
    • Can only view insights temporarily

Why This Is Useful

  • Avoids repeating the same analysis
  • Gives quick access to important financial views
  • Helps track patterns and comparisons over time

Important to Know

  • Reports always reflect your latest synced data
  • Requires at least one connected bank account
  • Works across all transaction types

If it’s worth checking twice,

it’s worth saving once.
