How do I update my profile details in Nance?

You can update your profile details from Profile → Profile Information, but only editable fields can be changed—disabled fields cannot be edited.

How This Works in Nance

Nance allows you to update certain profile details while keeping some fields locked for consistency and security.

Steps to Update Profile Details

1. Go to Profile

2. Open Profile Information

3. Tap on the field you want to update (if editable)

4. Make the changes and save

Editable vs Non-Editable Fields

• Editable fields
  • Fields like:
    • Age range

    • Occupation

  • These can be updated directly

• Non-editable (disabled) fields
  • Fields like:
    • Name

    • Email

    • Phone number

  • These cannot be modified from this screen

Important to Know

• Disabled fields are locked to maintain:
  • Account integrity

  • Secure identity mapping

• Only selected fields are allowed to be updated

• Changes apply immediately once saved

If it’s editable, you can change it.

If it’s locked, Nance means it.
