Summary
You cannot delete financial data separately in Nance. To remove your data, you need to delete your Nance account.
How This Works in Nance
Nance does not support partial data deletion because all your financial data is tied to your account.
What You Can Do
- To remove all your financial data:
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account
- This will:
- Deactivate your account
- Start the 7-day deletion process
What Happens to Your Data
- During the 7-day period:
- Your data is not accessible but not permanently deleted yet
- After 7 days:
- All your financial data is permanently removed
Important to Know
- You cannot delete:
- Individual transactions from bank sync
- Partial financial history
- You can:
- Delete manually added transactions (like cash)
- Full data removal requires account deletion
All data lives with the account.
Delete the account, delete the data.
