Summary
Nance can be used on multiple mobile devices, but only one device can remain logged in at a time. If you log in on a new device, Nance automatically logs you out of the previous one while keeping your financial data securely synced to your account.
How Device Access Works in Nance
Nance currently supports mobile devices only, including both Android and iOS smartphones. You can log in to your Nance account on any supported mobile device, but the app allows only one active session at a time.
Single-device login rule
To maintain account security and protect financial data, Nance restricts access to one logged-in device per account. If you sign in on a different device, the system automatically logs out the previous device that was using the account.
This ensures that your financial information is not simultaneously accessible from multiple devices.
Data synchronization across devices
Even though only one device can stay logged in at a time, your financial data remains securely stored in your Nance account. This means that when you log in on a new device, the app retrieves your existing data, including:
- connected bank accounts
- transaction history
- categorized transactions
- budgets and groups
- saved reports and insights
Because the data is tied to your Nance account rather than the device itself, you can switch devices without losing any financial information.
Mobile-only support
At the moment, Nance is designed specifically for mobile platforms, and it supports:
- Android smartphones
- iOS smartphones
Desktop or web access is not currently supported.
This approach ensures that your financial data remains synchronized while maintaining secure access through a single active mobile device.
