We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, support your historical views, comply with legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, establish or defend legal claims, enforce our agreements, and maintain appropriate business and security records.
Different categories of data may have different retention periods. For example, support records, audit logs, billing records, consent logs, or dispute-related records may be retained longer than certain transient diagnostics. Where data is no longer required, we may delete it, aggregate it, or de-identify it.
If you request account deletion, we will aim to delete or de-identify personal data that is no longer required to be retained. Some residual copies may remain in backups, archives, or security systems for a limited period before rotation or deletion.
Nance retains Google user data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the email-based financial tracking functionality for which the data was accessed.
Google-derived email content and related financial information processed by Nance will be retained after you delete your Nance account.
After seven (7) days from the date of your Nance account deletion, Nance will de lete all Google/Gmail-derived data associated with your account, including raw email content accessed through the Gmail API and all financial information, transaction data, and other information extracted or derived from that email content.
This deletion applies to both the original email content and all data derived from or generated using that Google user data.
If a user removes the relevant credit card from Nance before the seven-day retention period expires, Nance will stop accessing new Gmail data for that credit card tracking functionality. The applicable data will then be deleted according to the retention period described above.
Certain residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or security systems until those systems are routinely rotated or deleted.
Nance may retain information for a longer period only where required or permitted by applicable law, legal obligations, fraud prevention, security requirements, or other legitimate purposes permitted under applicable law.
